These terms govern your use of our website and any bookings made with Brazil Club Entertainment.

1. About us
Brazil Club Entertainment is a UK-registered performance company providing dancers, drummers and stage productions for private and corporate events.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the total fee) are received. The balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
3. Cancellation
Client cancellations more than 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Within 30 days, 75% of the fee is payable. Within 7 days, 100% of the fee is payable. We may cancel in cases of force majeure with a full refund of fees paid, excluding any unrecoverable third-party costs.
4. Performance conditions
The client must provide a safe performance area, secure changing facilities, and reasonable access. Outdoor performances require dry, level ground and shelter from rain. We reserve the right to modify or stop a performance where conditions are unsafe.
5. Media & likeness
We may photograph or film performances for portfolio and marketing use. If you prefer we do not, please inform us in writing before the event.
6. Liability
We carry public liability insurance up to £5m. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Intellectual property
Choreography, costumes and brand assets remain the property of Brazil Club Entertainment. The website content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
