  • Correspondence you send by email or messaging.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, via cookies and analytics.

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotes for events.
  • To deliver bookings, contracts and invoices.
  • To improve our website and services.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interest for responding to enquiries, contract performance for delivering bookings, legal obligation for record keeping, and consent for non-essential cookies and marketing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors (hosting, email, analytics, payment) under data processing agreements, and where required by law.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Booking and accounting records are kept for 7 years to meet UK tax requirements.
